The Occasional Gourmet

Kathleen Royal Phillips has been a member of the Oxmoor House test kitchen team (Southern Living cookbooks, Cooking Light cookbooks, Coastal Living Magazine, etc.), in Birmingham, Alabama for over 17 years.  During that time, she attained the position of Director and more recently has become part-time.  Phillips' free lance food styling has appeared in magazines (including Parents Magazine), billboards, cookbooks, and television nationwide. She is also a food columnist for Christian Woman magazine. Her attention to detail and love of gourmet food are evident in each dish prepared for you as The Occasional Gourmet.
