Mesquite Grilled Chicken
Grilled chicken breast marinated with Smoked Mesquite dry rub.  Served with choice of two sides.

Grilled Marinated Chicken
Chicken breast marinated with mild garlic and herb seasoning.  Served with choice of two sides.

Country Fried Steak

Tender breaded chopped steak with Peppered Gravy. Served with choice of two sides.

New! Black Angus Grilled Chopped Steak with Brown Gravy

Brown gravy and sliced mushrooms (mushrooms optional). Served with choice of two sides. Excellent with Smashed Potatoes.

Roast Beef au Jus ($1.00/pp extra for lunch)

So tender, you can cut it with a fork! Tender, savory slices of roast beef. Served with Smashed Potatoes, au Jus, and choice of one additional side.

Grilled Pork Chops

Grilled boneless pork loin chops; choice of mesquite or garlic/herb. Served with choice of two sides.

Mustard Crusted Pork Loin Roast ($1.00 extra for lunch)
Tender roasted boneless pork loin.
Served with choice of two sides.

Mama's Meatloaf

Flavorful slices of meatloaf with piquant sauce (sweet 'n sour ketchup sauce). Served with choice of two sides.

Chicken Parmigiana
Lightly breaded chicken breast baked in red wine marinara sauce; topped with mozzarella cheese.  Served over angel hair spaghetti.

Chicken and  Smoked Sausage Penne
One of our most often requested! Grilled chicken breast, smoked sausage, and broccoli in a creamy garlic wine sauce.

Baked Ziti

A cross between lasagna and spaghetti using ziti pasta. Creamy Alfredo sauce and mozzarella in the middle and topped with more mozzarella.

Paella

Classic Spanish dish with seasoned yellow rice, grilled chicken, smoked sausage, English peas, and chopped tomato.

Red Beans and Rice

Classic creole dish of red beans, smoked sausage, and rice. Not too spicy. Served with roll.

Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

All white meat, potatoes, carrots, peas, and a creamy white sauce topped with flaky crust.

Lasagna

Layers of meat and cheeses, topped with marinara sauce and more cheese!

Dinner

$12.00 + tax.
